DIRECTIONS: MIX 15 1/2 oz. water to 1/2 oz. of pH Balancer into pH Balancer Applicator Bottle. Apply entire bottle of pre-mixed pH Balancer to your clients hair. DO NOT RINSE OUT. Dry hair completely and apply Cinderella Hair Extensions.
