Q: How do I style hair extensions?
A: All Cinderella Hair easily styles well with curling irons, flat irons, hot rollers, steam rollers or wet set.
Q: Can I color Cinderella Hair?
A: Yes. I suggest coloring your client’s hair to match the extensions. You can only color hair extensions two levels darker. You can use semi, demi or permanent hair color. Never use developer greater than 20 volume. Never lighten hair extensions.
Q: I need light blonde hair, what’s the most popular?
A: There are a total of 68 colors to choose from. To insure that you get the correct color since we have 22 blonde shades, 14 red, copper, or auburn shades, and 8 shades from black to brown.
Q: How can I remove the extensions?
A: Using the Cinderella Hair Bond Remover and Cinderella Hair Removal Tool is the only method that is effective enough to remove extensions and not damage client’s hair. Any other products/tools or methods will damage the hair and are not approved by Cinderella Hair.
Q: How many textures can I use on the same client?
A: Multiple textures may add additional styling options.
Q: My Client has very fine hair.
A: We do not recommend you use fine texture hair exclusively, but use a 50/50 ratio of medium and fine textured hair. Your client will be much happier with the results.
Q: My client’s hair is shedding.
A: Some shedding is natural. Additional shedding may occur with an improper preparation or application technique. Shedding may occur with the use of improper maintenance products. Only Cinderella Hair care products should be used with Cinderella Hair extensions.
Q: Can I permanent wave Cinderella Hair?
A: Yes, but only colors #1-8 and have a trained Cinderella Hair Educator contact you.
It is against company policy for a Cinderella Hair employee to select and order a color for you over the phone. Cinderella Hair employees are never to select a color over the phone.
