Q: Why Cinderella Hair Extensions?

A: Hair extensions are not just for adding length. You can achieve volume, texture, chemical free color, highlights and color accents all without the use of 20 – 40 volume peroxide. No longer do you have to wait months or even years to have the look and lifestyle you desire. Cinderella Hair Extensions will give you instant gratification!

Q: What is Our Hair Your Way®?

A: In 1994 we began with our Classic Organic Bond Extension that resembles human hair and when attached and removed, no damage occurs. For many years stylists and clients raved about their results and satisfaction by using our organic bond extensions, but some wanted to offer different types of applications and still have the same quality of hair Cinderella Hair offers.

With that in mind and the support from our stylist and salons we are proud to introduce - Our Hair Your Way®! Not only do we offer our Classic Bond Hair Extensions, but by offering I-Hair® I-Tip Extensions, T-Hair® Tape Extensions and Clip Hair Extension you now have endless choices and possibilities.

Q: What makes Cinderella Hair Extensions so unique?

A: Besides offering our stylists and salons various application methods, all Cinderella Hair is 100% Remy Hair, which means the hair cuticle is facing in the same direction which prevents tangling and matting. Remy Hair allows the blending with your own hair and gives the appearance of natural, healthy looking hair.

Q: What types of hair extensions do you offer and how are they applied?

A: Classic Organic Bond – The most popular form of hair extensions and is recommended for all hair types. By using low levels of heat to soften and contour the classic organic bond around the hair shaft, it encompasses each hair section and when it hardens, it resembles a small piece of rice.

I-Hair® I-Tip Extensions – Applied without heat or chemicals. I-Hair is applied with a small I-Link and when flattened, it secures each hair extension in place.

T-Hair® Tape Extensions – Applied to your hair, not your scalp. Your hair is “sandwiched” between (2) 1.5" T-Hair sections and secured with our T-Hair Sealer. Customizable sizing and placement virtually anywhere can be achieved by cutting each T-Hair.

Clip Hair – Temporary hair extensions that are easy to apply and remove. Each polymer coated 1" clip ensures no damage or discomfort to your hair and scalp. Clip Hair is the perfect way to change your look instantly for any special occasion and instant color and highlights in seconds. This is a perfect “try me” extension before committing to a more permanent hair extension.

Q: What Cinderella Hair Extension method is best for me?

A: Your Certified Cinderella Hair Stylist will review with you which Cinderella Hair Extension method is good for you based upon your lifestyle and desired look. Your own hair should be at least 5 inches to be considered for hair extensions.

Q: How many packages of Classic Bond, I-Hair® or T-Hair® do I need for a full head of extensions?

A: On average you need 5 – 8 packages for a full head of Cinderella Hair Extensions.

Q: I’m currently using six packages of Classic Extensions on my client and I want to change to I-Hair®, what do I do?

A: As a general rule, replace package for package when converting to I-Hair or any Cinderella Hair Extension method.

Q: What I-Link should I use for I-Hair® small (5mm x 2.5mm) or large (7mm x 2.5mm)?

A: Many stylists prefer to use the small I-Link around the hairline. You should discuss what desired look and style your client prefers – are they going to pull their hair up, wear it in a ponytail, etc.

Q: How many times can I reuse I-Hair® or T-Hair®?

A: A second application can be reapplied to the same client as long as proper application and maintenance have been followed.

Q: Will Cinderella Hair Extensions damage my hair and how long will my extensions last?

A: No damage will occur and all Cinderella Hair Extensions will last 4 – 6 months with proper application and maintenance. I-Hair, T-Hair and Clip Hair Extensions can be reapplied to your hair based upon the recommendation from your stylist and you’re at home maintenance regimen.

Q: Can I color or perm Cinderella Hair Extensions?

A: With over 70 colors, 3 textures (fine, medium & coarse) and 3 hair types (straight, wavy and euro wavy) your stylist should be able to match a color, texture or hair type that is perfect for you. Please consult with your stylist which hair extensions can be colored or permed.

Q: How are Cinderella Hair Extensions removed?

A: Depending on your hair extension application method, your hair extensions should be removed by a Certified Cinderella Hair Stylist who is trained in the proper removal and with some methods re-application of your hair extensions. A gentle shampooing will remove any traces of bond residue and prepare your hair for re-application.

Q: How do I maintain and style Cinderella Hair Extensions?

A: Your stylist will recommend the proper Cinderella Hair Extension products and tools needed to maintain your extensions. For additional information refer to our Cinderella Hair Certified Stylist Brochure during your initial consultation.

Q: Can I use heat styling tools?

A: Blow dryers, curling irons, hot rollers, flat irons and other heat styling appliances can be used on all Cinderella Hair Extensions (except profibre) and heated surfaces should be kept away from the scalp and bond surfaces.

Q: Can I color my hair after Cinderella Hair Extensions?

A: Yes, but we recommend having your color or root touch-up at least 1 week before your initial hair extension application. Your regular hair color maintenance will be discussed with your stylist. We do not recommend coloring your hair at home.

Q: What if some hair extensions fall out?

A: Everyone’s hair sheds naturally about 50 – 100 strands per day. This is a normal occurrence and since hair extensions are attached to your hair, you may experience some hair extension shedding from time to time. Save any strands that fall out and bring this with you to your next appointment. If you have excessive shedding or discomfort, contact your stylist immediately.
