I accept full and complete responsibility for any and all claims that may arise from the installation of CinderellaHair extensions on any of my clients.

To expedite the approval process, please upload your COSMETOLOGY license below. Cinderella Hair must have a copy of your COSMETOLOGY license to approve your account. There are four ways you can send us your cosmetology license listed below.
